Trackchairs® are tracked wheelchairs that provide comfort, stability, and safety for outdoor users to get outside in areas they would normally not be able to access. Thanks to the generous sponsors through the Sioux County Conservation Foundation, two chairs were purchased for the Sioux County Conservation Board in 2026. Checking Out a Trackchair®
All Trackchairs® are free to check out and can be reserved by contacting the main office 712-552-1047. A user waiver must be signed prior to using the chair. CLICK HERE FOR WAIVER
Chair must be checked out ahead of time to ensure transportation arrangements can be made and proper charging of chair before your adventure. Chairs must be returned by agreed time.
If utilizing a chair in Sandy Hollow Recreation Area or Big Sioux Recreation Area, note that a park entrance license is required on vehicles that enter the park.
