8:00-10:00am Eagle Watch with the inclement weather, we will be watching from the Nature Center and driving to eagle watching locations.
10:00-11:00am Presentation– Bald Eagles 101 with Jeopardy! (Indoors) We will go over basic eagle biology, behaviors, and population data. Practice your new knowledge with a group jeopardy game!
11:00-1:00pm Eagle Watch (Indoors) Bring your binoculars and sack lunch and join fellow eagle lovers as we view eagle migration from the nature center. We will have the eagle cam on the TV to view.
1:00-2:30pm Presentation– Eagle Rehabilitation and common mortality factors (Indoors) During this presentation, we will go over some stories of eagle rescue and discuss what to do if you find an injured eagle. You will then work in groups to “diagnose” your eagle patient based on symptoms and xrays.
